At Your Hero Poster, we prioritize your satisfaction. While we do not offer returns and exchanges, if there is any issue with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] within 14 days of approving your proof, and we’ll address your concerns promptly.

Do You Offer Refunds?

We understand the importance of creating a poster that perfectly captures your hero. If you’re not satisfied with your digital proof, we’re committed to making revisions until you’re delighted. However, please note that refunds are not available once you’ve approved your proof, as we immediately proceed with printing and shipping your custom poster.

Exceptions apply under these conditions:

  • Refunds for printed posters are available if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. If this happens, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of proof approval, with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we will take care of it for you.

Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you receive an item that was incorrectly labeled, please inform us at [email protected] within 14 days of proof approval. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll either send a new one or issue a refund.

Delivery Information

When Will I Get My Order?

Our talented designers require approximately 48 hours to craft your unique hero poster. After receiving and accepting your digital proof, your poster will be shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location but typically range from 3-5 days.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

With printing facilities in over 30 countries, including China, Japan, the US, India, Russia, Brazil, throughout Europe, and more, Your Hero Poster can ship to over 170 countries. Orders are automatically sent to the print facility nearest to your delivery address, minimizing shipping times and supporting eco-friendly practices.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet, What Should I Do?

If your order is delayed, please:

  • Verify the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Check with your local post office.
  • Inquire with neighbors in case the package was left with them.

Pro tip: To avoid package theft, if you’re not home to receive your delivery, choose an address where you will be.

If everything checks out but you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If there was an error in your delivery address, we’re happy to send a replacement at your expense for shipping.
